1. Cut yellow cardstock to 8.25" x 12"
2. Attach photo to yellow cardstock and attach to background green cardstock
3. Add strips of blue cardstock to layout as shown
4. Attach scallop cut orange cardstock at bottom of photo
5. Attach Paper Bliss accents and label stickers to finish
