1. Cut a ½ inch x 1½ inch rectangular piece of stiff felt that matches hair color.
2. Stitch felt piece to Feather Pendant using fishing line (Pic 1).
3. Glue felt to comb using hot glue (Pic 2).
4. Repeat steps 1–3.
