1. Remove original decoration from shoe using a craft knife (Pic 1).
2. Cut a ½ inch x 1 inch rectangular piece of white stiff felt.
3. Stitch felt piece underneath Butterfly Pendant using fishing line (Pic 2).
4. Adhere felt to shoe using hot glue (Pics 3 & 4).
5. Repeat steps 1–4 for other shoe.
